This may not be the case, but did you change the brand or batch of CD-r blanks that you used? 80 min cd-r's varvy by as much as 40 seconds in actual length. But using it for less than 74minutes no problems. I was able to burn an image from the region list and burn the CD from that but it gets hung up while burning track four. When I tried to do it again the next day with the same file and playlist the error file exceeds maximum file lenght allowed by. Created aplylist and bunred a CD from the playlist.
